I used IDSlabs for my house project in 2013. The following issues were raised: Slab quality and deflection, Incorrect casting of up stand beam as down stand, staircase casted with insufficient steel support, incorrect sloping of slab over patio, slab measurement issues.
All issues were raised with the engineer and Mr Nelson. It is extremely difficult to get hold of Mr Nelson and to pin him down to fix anything. It took me 4 months to get them to come back to fix my staircase. They hired someone to clean up the messy incorrectly cast beam, but it was only half done. I have made many calls and all resulted in promises to sort out the issues. It is really frustrating. The strange thing is that they were recommended by my engineer. If they are so bad, i fear to think of what others out there are like. Stay clear of this company unless you enjoy having to follow up constantly.
