Staircase not completed, abandoned

After taking a number of months trying to complete my stainless steel staircase at his own slow pace and after having paid a 70% deposit, Shane Schuller abandoned my staircase at about 40% completion, then deactivated his two cellphones.
Poor workmanship, incomplete job, poor quality materials used, talks big but cannot deliver.
