We placed an order with Michelle for a large sign & feather banners. It was extremely difficult for their team to draw up the design that we had asked for in the first place (this after 2 on site meetings with Michelle who took notes of all our requirements & several emails & phone calls to them explaining what was required.) The Expand A Sign team continueosly sent us designs which we did not ask for & it was completely the opposite of what was discussed with Michelle. Theo Lutt stepped in trying to resolve the matter. We thought that our sign-story would have a happy ending but sadly Theo also proved that he could not keep his promises. The printing of one of the signs that was delivered & installed on site is of very poor quality. The colour of the top part of the sign differs from the bottom part of the sign. Theo admitted infront of witnesses that the quality of the sign is indeed poor. They promised to replace it at a certain date and time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but the sign was not replaced on time as promised.
