Once you've paid, you've got problems!

I got a quote from 360Frameles who specialises in frameless showers etc. I paid them in full and have been waiting for more than two months since. They've installed a product with 10-20mm gaps where doors should seal and also shelves that are wobbly and loose. They branded their logo huge and "in-your-face" on 5 places. I'm extremely unhappy with this product and got Stanley out to show him my concerns. He said that the glass was not cut according to their specs, but then decided to rather refund me when I raised my concern about the branding. He claims such branding is industry standard. They only want to refund me approximately 50% of what I paid stating that I must pay for the glass that was cut wrong. They behave with utmost arrogance obviously because they have my money.
