Aluwood's two main people, Belinda Quesnel and Johan Enslin care only about the money rather than a job well done. We had our windows replaced with aluminium only to find the job was rushed an a number of faults emerged with the finishing afterwards. Instead of being attentive and concerned about the problems which arose, Johan was sarcastic and rude, intimating that these were 'surprises' and therefore unwarranted. Belinda's emails never enquired on our satisfaction or on the quality of the product but were approximately four words long: service done, payment due. This is their attitude.
I strongly urge anyone who does business with these people to hold on to the final payment until your house is completely checked. I have serious doubts of their willingness to fix their own problems without the carrot and stick of the last 10% payment.
I will certainly never use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone.
