I wish to report my experience at the Yard Sale at Ferreiras Decor World. I battled to get the attention of Sam, who works there and later claimed to be the owner. He was curt and utterly unprofessional in his attitude - and on three occasions I had to have him paged to attend to me. He has this habit of answering one question and then scurrying away as if to attend to something else. Highly unprofessional. I was given curt and unsatisfactory replies to questions I insisted on asking about stock availability, price and delivery. Eventually about 2 hours excruciating hours later, I placed my order - by which time Sam had forgotten his original quote for the lot and tried to charge me a whole lot more. When I queried it he was rude and threatened to cancel the sale - Of course, I told him to go ahead and cancel. He had the gall to expect me to pay his inflated price, isn't this dishonest conduct?
