Following lengthy negotiations with Gerhard since the beginning of the year we concluded a contract to build in excess of 100sq/m on top of our existing house which started in May/June 13.
Notwithstanding a couple of serious but expected challenges, responded to in line with the Contract, Hucryn finished the 100day project with a few days to spare. In my opinion largely due to the hands-on approach by Gerhard who got his hands dirty on more than one occasion.
We did have some issues after hand-over with a leaking pipe but again Gerhard responded quickly and had it repaired at his cost.
Gerhard, as mentioned before; you changed my perception of the building industry - keep up the good work and all the best with the future.
