We had paving done at our home and Hucryn failed to clean the grouting cement off. It is in a terrible state. They just left the paving and the walls, implying "it would wash off". Well just to let you know, I was on my hands and knees this weekend, using Mortar Lift to clean my paving. It is not an easy job.
The worst part is that when I complained to the owner, Gerhard Appelcryn, he writes "I suggest you get your attorney involved and we will let a court decide"
