Fridge does not work

I bought a fridge on 1st November 2013, it worked for a week, on the11th November i took it back i was told their technician will contact me, till this day no one has contacted me. i was there again this afternoon but was ignored . i have lost P200 worth of meat! i am desparately unhappy!
