I ordered a tunnel from Tunnels4Africa through Pierre Winterbach. I paid him the 70%, as per the quotation, in cash on the 2nd of February 2013. He said he would e-mail a receipt. I never received anything from him. He promised the tunnel would be installed before May. After May passed I called and was promised it would be installed in the next two weeks. And he said that every time I called. He then said that he had sold my tunnel to someone else and would pay me my money back when they paid for the tunnel He wouldn't answer my calls anymore and didn' t reply to my messages. I called Andre Liebenberg, the owner, he promised he would install the tunnel at the en of July. Then he said August and then also stopped taking my phonecalls. I still don't have my tunnel or my money or heard anything from them
