I would like to report bad service from X-cellent Granite. On 16 October 2013 X-cellent granite installed granite tops at my house. On the 17 October I saw there was bad marks on the granite. On 18 October 2013 I started phoning and messaging Thulani. He came out and look at the marks and promised he will send a person to come and repair the marks. Since then I have been phoning and messaging daily. I only get promises like we will come today, even a message to say sir we didnt forget abt u.
On Saturday I was promised they will come, when I phoned later I was informed that the polishing machine is broken.
Today (28 October 2013) I sent a message to Thulani stating I am reporting your company to Hello [URL Removed] Thereafter he phoned me and said they are very busy, but will be coming, he will give my money back. I said to him I give him till Thursday if it is not done by Thursday I will report this to Hello [URL Removed]
On 12 November again I send a SMS to Thulani and said I will report him, he replied that they will sort it out tomorrow, well needless to say nothing happened.
