Very strange business attitude

I approached this company for a roof-cleaning quotation and gave all my details. They didn't call back. When I followed up, got an abrupt email response from Allison that Kevin had tried several times to contact me and had left voicemail. Funny how my phone didn't ring and I wasn't setup for voicemail. Kevin called me personally and apologised and although I was on the verge of finding another company - I gave them a second chance. I explained what I was looking for, Kevin came to site and quoted for the job. I then followed up with a few more questions and also mentioned I was looking to replace gutters and fascia. He recommended someone who eventually got that job. I was practically ready to accept part of his quote, with one or two matters to clear up. Kevin said he would give me a call-back. He never did and email followups went unanswered. Maybe they got a big order, I'll never know - but they just left me hanging. Not the most professional attitude by a supplier. As this was already their second-chance, I didn't bother any further.
Knowing what I know now, I would not approach this company because you never know at what point of your dealings they will just abandon you.
