Used this startup company recently to install wooden floors in my apartment -will never use them again, or recommend.
Your first contact is grandmother (who ought to be retired), who is the main contact person for any dealings with Fusion Floors. As a startup, owners-2 brothers have used their mother as receptionist/accountant/customer service. I've a string of emails/invoices that do not tally, incorrect amounts, amounts not commensurate with several invoices. In addition, there is no showroom (work in progress, I was told & would emerge soon), you have no office to personally meet and discuss problems. Granny has no clue what she is doing which unfortunately translates into shockingly bad customer service, incorrect information, incorrect invoices, emails with figures and history of a problem that make no sense-a big mess. Two sons/owner never answer your calls- these are screened by granny, they never respond to you directly telephonically. You are lucky to receive an email from either of them. Work not finished on time/work is left incomplete. I was left with a unit partially completed & had to run around to find a replacement contractor to finish work for they were paid.
