PAID SUIPPLIER BUT NO SERVICE

This supplier came to my house to quote for a small job. The quote totalled approx R2000 & he asked for a 50% deposit to his bank a/c which I paid. I have been unsuccessful in trying to contact him since I paid the deposit in July.
