I get to builders and the guy who takes my timber order Hopewell take the wrong order I then need to follow a que to get to the front to be told the lady can't help.me to go to the yard manager where another woman prints a slip and sends me back to the que I was told to leave. One hour and I'm still in the que sending this post. Oh and the guy just brought the wrong size timber. These people are truly uneducated.
