So no change from Van Acht, no doors, no resolve, nothing and Etienne is now saying he wont change the doors without removal of hello peter comment, but he has actually used his personal face book to slate me... nice... professional what I expected from a company who sells doors?? if I did this I would have no customers left. Nasty business
Sort it out and fix the doors and when I'm happy I will compliment you.
I have had an independent assessor visit site and he is happy with our care, but he is disgusted with the quality of the doors they are delaminating and warping. this is not our responsibility.
It is van acht's if Etienne had bothered to come to site he might have come to the same conclusion, but alas he would rather start a hate campaign online...
THE COLOUR IS NOT THE ISSUE IT IS GOOD QUALITY STAIN, THEY ARE NOT IN FULL LIGHT ONE OR TWO ARE ON THE NORTH FACING WALLS
THEY HAVE SHADE DRAINAGE AND ARE SET BACK FROM THE EXTERIOR.
NO RESON TO BE IN THE STATE THEY ARE!!!
