Egen was appointed by OUTSURANCE to repair damage in a bathroom. They never arrive before 10am, the workmanship is average to poor and their communication is non-existent. Having promised and confirmed via email, to complete a snag list today (they claimed to have finished on Tuesday last week - just forgot to re-fit the toilet cistern), and having called them 4 times, I have been told they will be here "later". It never occurred to them to call and confirm or let me know. Apparently I have nothing better to do than sit and wait for them to arrive.
