On the 28/09/2011, the supplier quoted me for windows and installation to be done in Guguletu and Phillipi. There was a discount the supplier and fitter quoted if the work is paid in full which I did pay on the 29/09/2011.
After several telephone calls and visits to his warehouse and workshop, he installed the windows in Guguletu in 2012, but nothing was done in Phillipi. I have been calling and visiting his warehouse and workshop without any luck as I will get there and he will not be in his office or I'll leave messages and he will not return back my calls.
I have tried to negotiate with whoever picks up the phone but all this is falling on deaf ear and they are not willing to do anything for me and R 5, 000.00 is a lot of money to just loose to someone who is either a or someone who doesn't have a conscious.
