We lodged a complaint last week via Hello Peter with regard to the poor service we received from Penguin Pool. In response, Nicole of Penguin Pools phoned us to apologise and to book an appointment for their electrician to fix the problems. He worked on out Spa Bath yesterday as promised and fixed all the problems. Nicole again phoned this morning to follow-up whether the spa was now working. Thank you for the quick response and service we received.
