We bought a spa pool from Penguin Pools which was installed in February 2013. Since the end of August 2013 we have been experiencing problems with the Thermostat, Bellow Button and Timers of the mentioned spa. As the product is still under warranty we reported the problem to the supplier at the end of August 2013. In spite of various phone calls and one visit by their electrician the problems persist. For the past two weeks they have been promising to sent someone out to fix the problems but they are yet to deliver.
