On the 28th August 2013 I ordered 110m2 of grass and paid in full in order to guarantee delivery. When it arrived I realised that I had over ordered and called Vroeshka the sales rep immediately to request if I could send back about 40M2 for a refund, to which she agreed.
Do date I have not recieved the refund and only get told continuously that it has been handed to accounts and they are not sure why I have not recieved the refund as yet.
