I was having a deck made from the Eva-last material. Unfortunately after having the frame installed we discovered the material was out of stock and I'd have to wait 6 weeks. After a massive tantrum with the installers I got hold of Nathan at Eva-Last (the supplier of the material) and told him exactly how I felt about that. Nathan had already heard from the installers and had already found a solution by the time I called him. He was willing, at their cost, to build a temporary deck using another colour until my preferred colour arrived. I was amazed. Duly, the next day the installers arrived an built a good portion of the temp deck with the new colour. It turned out I loved the new colour and requested that it be fully installed instead. I now have a gorgeous deck. Nathan was amazing and extremely polite considering I was so furious. Not only was their service great but the deck looks fantastic!
