Absolute poor customer attention & service delivery. I have requested a gate to be installed at home & spoke to sales agent Lorraine 2 months ago. Thereafter I called her after every 2 days asking when will my gate be installed as & had to take a days leave to have the installation done. I was continuously been told by Lorraine that it will be done next week, then next week & so on because the guys were very busy. Disappointing enough that I had to continuously call to ask about the progress as she did not even have the decency to send me a email advising me why there was such a delay after me expressing sincerely that it was a matter of urgency. I received a email from her after 1.5 months telling me that the installation will be done on either 29.08 & I told her that I need to take a days leave in order for the guys to have entry into the property. She confirmed that the installation will definitely take place on 29.08 & I took a days leave. I received a call from her the same morning advising me that the guys will be at my place at after lunch. Not surprising that these guys never pitch up after me taking a days leave & there was no phone call or email TO DATE!
