Appauling customer service and business ethics

First i tellephonically called in to ask if they could better a price i was getting from another hardware and so they put me through to a person called Ben who told me as long as i come in with a written quote he would beat it and so i did. Upon arriving at the store which was completely dead not one customer in sight and no one offered to help me which i found disturbing, anyway i approached a cashier asking them if i could see Ben, it took him ten minutes to get to me firstly then he still had the cheek to speak on the phone for another fifthteen minutes before attending to me. Once he was done and after 30 minutes of waiting he decided to help me i showed him the quote and he beat the price for me and wrote it on a page, after giving it to me in writing and giving me his word he then refused to give it to me at that price telling me all sorts of nonsence. After giving me so much grief wasting my time my petrol my money i told him to call someone higher in charge and he refused so i decided to record him then he started acting nice and called a man named Anton who was also not very kind but resolved my prtoblem anyway next day i sent someone to pick the stock up for me and they
