TNT dont know anything about customer service

Hi decided to phone TNT to get a quote on good I want to bring on from the states and the UK. TNT potentially could have a nice account but they will not see my business because of absolutely BAD SERVICE.

I phone the call center to get a comparative quote and to beat the price that DHL are offering me because I believe it is quite high. Palesa modik on the phone gave me a quote of 3 times the price more expensive. I then proceeded to ask her was that express or freight. She said freight which is virtually impossible to be that price.

She said that is the price the computer is giving me and that is the price i will pay. I ask to speak a supervisor and she refused to speak to me, the supervisors name was Cynthia Molepe.

how the does a supervisor refuse to speak to a potential client. How does she have the attitude that she is more important than the customer. Her act has lost your company my account and future business! If you she was appointed int hat position, it means that the leadership in TNT care little about the customer, business and my needs which reflect the service and experience that i might receive down the line!
