Our geyser burst on Sunday, 17 February 2013, this did not go down well at all. Auto & General Assist Line responded promptly, within a couple of hours sent Monster Plumbing (which we requested), to assess damage. Our geyser needed to be replaced. On Monday, 18 February 2013, our new geyser was installed via Auto & General Assist Line.
The following day we discovered a problem with the pipes and we once again requested Auto & General to send out Monster Plumbing (due to their professional service, prompt response & also very competitive prices). Thnx to Shane and his team for the quick response and great service delivered. On Monday afteroon we had fixed pipes... and hot water!!!
