It is such a pity that in these tough economic times, that this small business has the arrogance to believe that they don't need work - and have the cheek to openly show pleasure in losing a customer. I was eager to give them the job they had quoted for, despite my frustrations when they took so long to respond to emails and messages.
We need more entrepreneurs who ACTUALLY want to do business, not just ones who are so naive to think that business is just going to fall into their laps like they deserve it.
