Worst service and arrogance

Another complaint from these James Ridley dealer manager, I really cannot believe the level of arrogance and service I have yet received from Cayenne. After purchasing a vehicle from them nearly 4 months ago they still haven't registered the vehicle through roadworthy. at a cost of R5000 to do this I would have thought they would have, but yet I received the finger! I was stopped at a roadblock with this vehicle and police pointed out the documents state the car isn't roadworthy, I went to the dealership who made me wait the entire day from the morning not to even get this roadworthy certificate. Their service is disgusting and unprofessional no answers nor solutions to their problem, I have contacted them for than 20 times and I get no answers instead arrogance from Cayenne and their staff members.
The answer was as per the below and nothing has been done:
