On the 25 July, handy gentlemen was paid R 4000 as a deposit to for a R 7000 job to in stall patio balustrading for me. They showed up for a day, did about 2, 5 m of incomplete balustrading in addition to breaking my tiles while doing so and failed to return again.
Repeated telephones calls to Ronnie, assured me of him coming the following day after about 15 of such promises, I asked for return of my monies to get someone else to do the job.
Once again assurances of the money being returned were not forthcoming, until Friday (13 September), Ronnie told me I was harassing him, told me to sue him for the money and put the phone down.
