I purchased a bed from Essops Furnitures in 2011 December. The bed was delivered in March upon my request. The bed had 3 planks that serve as a base. This is unpractical if you just think about it 3 planks that support a Queen sized matress is pathetic.
As a result one of the planks has broken and I need it to be replaced, and a few more planks should be added.
I've been speaking to lady named Samantha she hasn't been quite helpful, I don't blame her in a way because she doesn't know how to handle the problem herself. She has to speak to "head office" who themselves never answer the phone or they just to get back to a person.
Can anyone explain to me how I am supposed to sleep with a baby on a baseless bed? Samantha reckons they will only deliver if there is a delivery to my "suburb" that could be never if you ask me.
I need help, not only that I need peaceful sleep.
