This company should not be touched with a barge pole. I am disgusted by the lack of ethics, the nonsense that they talk. DO NOT USE THEM. We have had such a bad experience. There is a saying that if you buy cheap you buy nasty and it is true, they are as nasty as their prices. We have waited for almost 2 months for them to complete their job in our house. They clearly do not know what they are doing and when you take them to task they are defensive and will not sort out the problem, We are stuck with a fireplace that does not work - smokes the whole room out - as well as a gas installation that had to be sorted out by our own builder because of the Mickey Mouse installation that they did. They have rude staff - Ries is a boytjie with an attitude problem big time! Do your homework if you are considering using them. They have more complaints than compliments - there is a reason for that!!! What a shocking stressful experience. My poor husband. I knew from the moment I saw Schalk that this was bad news and it was. I will be reporting them to every consumer line i can get my hands on!
