Beware of this so called contractor. We are very disgruntlled as we have paid more than 87% to this contractor who was hardly on site, had a very bad attituted towards us the client . tHE JOB IS ONLY 50% COMPLETE, he has obsconded two weeks ago whe we contacted him he said that he was scared he wouldnt get his money, which is total nonsens AS WE HAVE PAID HIM MORE THAN HE HAS REQUIRED, he is in serious breach of contract as this job was supposed to be completed allready. We have furthemore experienced severe structural issues trelices are so heavy that wooden beams werent re-inforced properly and therefore every thing is bending and the one alluminium window is so bent that it is strugling to open.
We now have to repair everything that is damaged at our own expense and dissasemble 45% of the work that is so clled complete and try stabilise the beams and structure. Beware of this guy we have proof and photos.
