I'm disappointed in the service of James and Circle 7 projects.
Work is of acceptable standard although coincidentally many related things seemed to go wrong when James had finished his work.
In particular, James removed a remote control which I had paid for. Despite numerous requests it has not been returned. Consequentially I have had to by another remote and reprogram all existing remotes.
