Had a pool leak, and asked them to check problem and give quote. They got a contracter to detect the leak which we had to pay upfront (which did not have problem with), and was told once they found problem and if they were given the job then the detection leak cost would be deducted from cost of repair. Then got the final quote and when I asked about the deduction got told that he made mistake and that he is only human and has no shame in making mistake. Please just be aware of this and check quote carefully as vat is stated further down the quote that it is excluded, so this also has to be added to amount.
