I sent a request for a roof quotation to Buco mid May and I got a prompt response from Johany Venter which was refreshing to see that I did not have to beg her for a quote but what really impressed me was the call I received from Philip, informing me that Buco has in house finance that could assist me in my building project. He took my details and gave me a quote telling how much I qualify for etc etc. I did not accept the quote because I did not need financing - but that did not stop Philip from letting me know that Buco not only offers roofing material but much much more. I have never been to Buco, I found their details on the internet but after dealing with Phillip I am looking forward to going into the store and meeting this enthusiastic person. Over and above it all, he was willing to discuss the roof quotation with me and gladly answered all my question and helped wherever he could.
If Phillip is just an example of the kind of service that one can expect from Buco than I will be dealing with them a lot in the future. Keep up the good work!!!
