Update since last posting... My wife and I are still waiting for Mr Brand to pick up the copies of the building reports from my lawyer. But he has always given excuse after excuse not to pick up the documents. His cowardice in not facing his problems, tells me he is a untrustworthy man. And anyone employing him would be making a BIG mistake. Not only will he do a sub-standard job but will also rob you of your money and possessions.
