I bought a Contour Bed and experienced a problem 26 months later. My bed base was creaking and making annoying noises whenever I moved on it! The problem was reported to the company (Contour Beds) on 6 March 2013., today is the 27 May 2013 and I had just about used up all my patience. Many promises has been made and broken, the company MD has been informed of the poor service and a promise was made by him that this complaint will be sorted out... guess what... I'm still waiting on even a call from them acknowledging my complaint. It defies logic that a company can get away with this in these tuff economic times we live in. I was told one of the reasons I'm waiting this long is because I live in Moorreesburg and the Western Cape branch of Contour Beds is situated in Cape Town... 100km away... really - please tell your clients this before they buy your product!!
