I used Playtime to install a 3 swing set, prior to installation and payment they were available 24/7 and responded promptly.
The day after installation of a 3 swing set, the 1st swing rope broke (while my kids was on the swing) and within the week all 3 swings rope snapped.
I have contacted Playtime on numerous occasions to come out and repair but all I got was missed appointments, excuses etc.
They have not called me once in over a month to remedy the situation and only response (excuse) I got is when I called.
They have now stopped responding to my mails and not answering my calls.
In summary their products is weak and unsafe for kids use and their service is beyond pathetic. Once they receive the money you can forget seeing them again. I surely regret ever doing business with them and will never do so again.
