I called on 17-May to make appointment. Louis called back - for a Monday apointment between 10h00 - 12h00 he said but could not give an exact time. On the MOnday I called to confirm time - the rude response from him was that I was supposed to have called on the Friday and now he is not interested in my business. I called the office number again. Seems he is the owner but clearly has no manners. This is the worst service I have yet to experience from a supplier. He got rave review on his website, but I cannot believe any of these. I called the "office" to inform them that I will be giving a bad review on Hello Peter. The response was "OK - that's fine".
