Service was requested to exchange the light for another light. No service was received over a period of two weeks and a refund was therefor requested.
A refund was refused on the returned light andwanted to issue a credit note less the handling charges, cost of scaffolding, less labour, less cost of installation.
Also, they refused to install all outstanding lights and only wanted to deliver them.
Innovative Lighting, also trading as Lite Centre is in total breach of contract as well as against section 20 of the consumer protection act.
No resolution was found except for me accepting the returned light in the end.
