We accepted a quote from Artistic Pools late last year because he was a good salesman and spoke a lot about himself, his family and his company. He managed to get the shell completed and water in by Christmas and we were at that stage quite impressed. In the new year when they did not return to complete the job we started calling but they never sent a team to do the job as promised. Eventually Johan Conradie agreed to come but could not make a time when I was available and he met with my wife. He arrived with his elderly mother that witnessed the tirade. He was from the outset aggressive and refused to accept that the tiling had been badly done, the filter was in the wrong place and should be moved, the cracks around the filter box should be repaired. He then spent about 20 minutes shouting abuse at my wife and informing her that she was his worst ever customer. This tirade was witnessed by our building crew, gardener and was captured on my CCTV (no sound but great images). I have spoken to a number of friends that have had similar experiences and people need to be wary of working with this company.
