I have never come across this before. I phoned this company to have them come out to quote for wooden floors for my home. Their company policy is that I must go their showroom first before they will send someone out to give me a quote. They say if potential customers can't drive ten minutes to see their showroom then they are most likely wasting the companys time!! I have never heard of a company that says no to a possible R100k job.
