It is now two weeks since I have enquired for a replacement screen for my laptop. I have spoken to the support staff, the line manager and the service manager and have to date not yet received a reply of whether it is available or when I can reasonably expect the part. There is no attitude or willingness to assist but rather a continuous process of reactive apologies. I can not recommend Asus to any-one, which is a shame as I believe their product is good, it is just not supported by back office support in South Africa.
