Tried to Log another support call with Microsoft. Waited till 8:00am when they opened, it has been 55 Min and still I'm no closer to getting anything resolved. Customer Care consultant only answered the call after 25 Min. I was asked to Pay for support (because with Microsoft everything comes at a price), so they needed to transfer me to Credit Card Division. Nobody is available there either. I have an Urgent Business Critical Problem, and nobody is available, not even to take my money.
I asked for a manager, but the typical response, no managers are available.
