I needed a tablet to be fixed and it could only be done in Johannesburg. It took forever for them to collect in Cape Town and when it was eventually collected they charged an arm and a leg to fix. When it came back it was not fixed, it then took weeks for them to collect again and they have now sent me another huge bill after they did not fix it the first time and nobody ever responds to my emails. Gona sell the Acer and keep the ipad.
