No after sales service at all

Never buy a laptop from Evetech as they provide NO after sales service. I purchased a Gigabyte laptop from them in February and a few weeks later the screen did not work. I handed the laptop back to them and from there on had to deal directly with their supplier. After receiving the laptop back from their supplier, i realised that they did not return the power cable. I then called Evetech and spoke to Nic. He then informs me that they do not provide support for these laptops and i must deal directly with their supplier.

They should have told me this when I purchased the laptop and i would have bought it elsewhere.
