On Friday 15th March I called Pastel Installation Assistance and spoke to Ashley Grey regarding an urgent restoration of data since the PC on which I run Pastel Express crashed just before I could do my year end. Needless to say I was totally stressed!!! Ashley was absolutely fantastic and reassured me in a calm and friendly manner that he would personally have me up and running that evening. Unfortunately a thunderstorm prevented this happening and we arranged to do it on Saturday. He arrived at the arranged time and within 30 minutes my system was installed and running on my new computer. Thank you so much Ashley for your incredible and efficient service.
