I am an 'expert level' PC user and I buy regularly through online companies.
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a computer through Wootware. As (what appears to be) a small company in Somerset West I was a little wary of dealing with them online. I did a little research and found that these guys provide nothing but great service to their clients. After buying a rather expensive gaming PC through them, I can personally confirm that Wootware have the following: 1) VERY competitive prices, 2) Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly sales staff, 3) THE BEST AND MOST UP TO DATE PC WEBSTE IN S.A.! (I researched ALL the major PC websites and checked them regularly. The website is EXTREMELY impressive in it's completeness, ease of use and frequency of updates, 4) Good after sales service (telephonic and by email).
I am VERY impressed with Wootware and will definitely deal with them again in the future, even before I deal with a (very good) company like Takealot. Well done Wootware. Keep up the good personal customer service, attention to detail and great prices that are fast making you a major force to be reckoned with!
