I went into BT games Fourways at around 2pm on Saturday the 12 of Jan 2013 and stood in line to ask about a product. Two guys were helping other customers behind the counter whilst I waited. The other two offered no help, instead they started to make fun of my physical appearance, which was overheard by myself and friends behind the rack, which was also not offered any assistance. This upset my greatly and hurt my feelings and self image irreparably. Myself and my friends left without getting any product information and I refuse to do any business with this branch in future. I did not get the names of the two employees as i was too upset, but will gladly give a description to the supplier if contacted.
