In Feb or Mar 2012 I visited Matrix Computers near Tygervalley with my fairly new laptop to ask them to remedy some technical problems I was having. Wian showed a lot of patience, went the extra mile repairing the problems, had a great attitude and even assisted me with my Samsung Galaxy android phone so that I could be efficient away from my desk. A year down the line everything is still working as smooth as silk.
Wian's customer approach and technical expertise was excellent.
